Trie Smart Flow (TSF) relies on advanced modelling to bring a detailed intern analysis of industrial equipment. You can see profiles of gas velocities, temperature, oxygen, meal and fuel trajectories all over the equipment. Then understand root causes of poor combustion/calcination, high NOx and CO emissions.

TSF runs on a unique set of models for combustion, calcination, and simultaneous processing of multiple fuels, which were developed by our specialists. This is what leads us to more realistic results, making it the ideal tool for cement process optimization.
